Welcome to mancity888. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") set out the legally binding rules that govern your access to and use of the mancity888 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, statutes, and directives applicable to the Member in their jurisdiction of residence or access.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded to a Member subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device used to access the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on the mancity888 Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the mancity888 website, mobile application, and all related services, games, and tools made available by mancity888.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by Applicable Laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on mancity888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city, e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, or Johor Bahru), valid email address, and valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mancity888 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify mancity888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mancity888 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

By using the mancity888 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Platform and all its content — including game software, odds data, graphics, user interfaces, and written materials — are provided for use strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Access or attempt to access any part of the Platform by any means other than the interface provided by mancity888;
• Use any automated tool, bot, script, crawler, scraper, or data extraction method to interact with the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, its servers, or any network connected to the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair mancity888's infrastructure;
• Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, chip-dumping, or the exploitation of software bugs or errors;
• Use the Platform to launder money or engage in any other form of financial crime.

mancity888 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform and to take appropriate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities — in response to any suspected breach of these Terms of Use.

mancity888 supports the following MYR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mancity888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the Member's sole responsibility.

mancity888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, referral rewards, VIP tier benefits, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page and the general bonus conditions set out herein.

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are awarded in MYR and are subject to minimum deposit requirements, eligible game restrictions, and time limits as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• mancity888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Member's Account, mancity888 will provide reasonable notice before removal.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Members must not accept a bonus if they do not wish to be bound by its associated wagering requirements. Opting out of a bonus prior to acceptance is the Member's responsibility.

All bets placed on the mancity888 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), lottery draws, or arcade games — are subject to the applicable game or market rules displayed on the Platform at the time of play.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mancity888 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where permitted by specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds, mancity888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly during live sporting events where significant developments may affect odds accuracy.
• mancity888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games. Results are independently verified to ensure fairness.
• In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the decision of mancity888 — made in good faith and with reference to available data — shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mancity888 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live table, or sports betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing mistakes, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Underage Access: Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with games, markets, or the Platform interface.

mancity888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mancity888.

The mancity888 name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and service marks are the exclusive property of mancity888. Unauthorised use of any mancity888 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mancity888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

• mancity888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.
• mancity888 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• mancity888 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, hardware, or software failures that prevent you from accessing the Platform or that cause interruptions to live gameplay.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, mancity888's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mancity888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

mancity888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or financial information;
• Multi-account creation or operation;
• Persistent violation of responsible gambling guidelines after intervention;
• Chargeback initiation or payment disputes without merit;
• Receipt of a court order or law enforcement directive requiring Account closure.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting mancity888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated by mancity888 due to a breach of these Terms, mancity888 reserves the right to retain all funds in the Account pending investigation and to forfeit funds where a material breach is established.

mancity888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Member rights or obligations in a significant way — mancity888 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out herein.

In the first instance, Members are encouraged to contact mancity888 support to resolve any dispute informally. mancity888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be submitted to the formal complaints process. Details of the complaints process are available from mancity888 support. The decision issued through the formal complaints process shall, subject to any applicable statutory rights, be final and binding on both parties.
